Apr\u00e8s plusieurs missions d\u2019int\u00e9rim, il s\u2019est orient\u00e9 vers la <strong>m\u00e9canique automobile<\/strong> et a suivi une formation \u00e0 l\u2019Afpa, un centre de formation pour adultes.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u00ab\u00a0<em>A l\u2019Afpa, j\u2019ai fait 2 formations. J\u2019ai fait une 1\u00e8re formation dans le service rapide d\u2019automobile, sur tout ce qui est entretien auto et j\u2019ai encha\u00een\u00e9 par une autre formation en m\u00e9canique automobile, pour avoir un dipl\u00f4me de niveau 5, soit l\u2019\u00e9quivalent d\u2019un CAP BEP<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>\u00c0 l\u2019issue de sa formation, il a d&rsquo;abord travaill\u00e9 en tant que salari\u00e9 chez Peugeot \u00e0 Gu\u00e9ret, puis a rejoint en 2010 le Centre Vulco de la m\u00eame ville. A ses d\u00e9buts, il \u00e9tait juste employ\u00e9 de service rapide, puis il a progressivement \u00e9volu\u00e9, s\u2019impliquant dans la r\u00e9ception, la gestion des stocks et la facturation. En 2023, lorsque son patron a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de vendre,<strong> Thomas a saisi l\u2019opportunit\u00e9 de racheter le centre<\/strong>, devenant ainsi franchis\u00e9 Vulco et concr\u00e9tisant un projet auquel il pensait depuis plusieurs ann\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Au sein du r\u00e9seau Vulco, Thomas appr\u00e9cie avant tout la <strong>libert\u00e9<\/strong> qu\u2019il offre, lui permettant de <strong>choisir ses fournisseurs<\/strong> et d\u2019<strong>organiser son travail<\/strong> tout en b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiant d\u2019un <strong>soutien constant.<\/strong> Il sait qu\u2019il peut <strong>compter sur l\u2019accompagnement de la t\u00eate de r\u00e9seau<\/strong>, \u00e0 qui il peut faire appel \u00e0 tout moment pour des conseils ou une aide.<\/p>\n<h2>Bien s\u2019entourer pour r\u00e9ussir<\/h2>\n<p>Pour concr\u00e9tiser la reprise du centre, Thomas a d\u00fb <strong>solliciter plusieurs organismes financiers<\/strong> afin d\u2019obtenir des pr\u00eats personnels \u00e0 taux z\u00e9ro, en particulier ceux en partenariat avec la BPI, pour financer une partie de l\u2019achat et compl\u00e9ter son apport personnel. Il a \u00e9galement veill\u00e9 \u00e0 <strong>s\u2019entourer d\u2019un bon comptable et d\u2019un banquier<\/strong> pour mener \u00e0 bien cette d\u00e9marche. Par la suite, il a eu l\u2019opportunit\u00e9 de se rendre au si\u00e8ge pour se familiariser davantage avec les outils utilis\u00e9s par Vulco.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u00ab\u00a0<em>Honn\u00eatement, je les connaissais d\u00e9j\u00e0 un peu, mais c\u2019est bien de pouvoir approfondir et discuter avec les personnes qui g\u00e8rent tous ces outils<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><strong>Suite \u00e0 la reprise, plusieurs changements ont \u00e9t\u00e9 mis en place<\/strong>. Des travaux de r\u00e9novation ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9s, notamment pour am\u00e9liorer l\u2019accueil client et les enseignes ext\u00e9rieures. les prestations m\u00e9caniques ont \u00e9t\u00e9 diversifi\u00e9es, l\u2019\u00e9quipe a \u00e9t\u00e9 form\u00e9e aux technologies \u00e9lectriques et \u00e0 la climatisation, et une secr\u00e9taire a \u00e9t\u00e9 recrut\u00e9e pour s\u2019occuper de l\u2019accueil, de l\u2019administratif, de la facturation et de la gestion des stocks. \u00c0 ce jour, le centre emploie trois personnes : deux \u00e0 l\u2019atelier et une secr\u00e9taire.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Thomas envisage maintenant de se lancer dans le VTS<\/strong> (V\u00e9hicules Tout Service), un projet ax\u00e9 sur le d\u00e9pannage et l\u2019entretien des pneumatiques pour poids lourds et \u00e9quipements agricoles \u00e0 domicile.
