AC Franchise : Le r\u00e9seau Coviva a \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9 en Avril 2007, pourquoi avoir choisi le d\u00e9veloppement en franchise ?
<\/strong>FX C :<\/em> Nous avons opt\u00e9 pour la franchise, car notre objectif est d’\u00eatre dans les trois premiers sur le march\u00e9 d’ici 5 ans en nombre de points de vente, de CA et de clients. La franchise permet un d\u00e9veloppement plus fort, plus rapide et ce syst\u00e8me permet \u00e9galement d’installer une bonne collaboration entre franchiseur et franchis\u00e9s. <\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

ACF : Quels sont vos objectifs de d\u00e9veloppement ?
<\/strong>FX C :<\/em> Notre premier franchis\u00e9 commence en septembre et d’ici un an, nous pr\u00e9voyons l’ouverture de 20 points de vente. A 5 ans, notre objectif est de 80 \u00e0 100 points de vente pour \u00eatre d’ici 10 ans le n\u00b01 fran\u00e7ais.<\/p>\n

ACF : Quelle est l’originalit\u00e9 de votre concept Coviva ?
<\/strong>FX C :<\/em> Le concept Coviva est bas\u00e9 sur les prestations de service \u00e0 domicile, notamment l’aide dans l’environnement des personnes \u00e2g\u00e9es (repas, m\u00e9nage, maintien \u00e0 domicile). Notre objectif est de devenir \u00ab le Leclerc de l’aide \u00e0 la personne \u00e2g\u00e9e \u00bb, ce qui veut dire proposer les plus bas prix du march\u00e9 et travailler sur une masse importante de clients.
Coviva se distingue donc de la concurrence par sa politique de prix bas, mais aussi par des prestations de services de qualit\u00e9. En effet, le m\u00e9tier de l’aide \u00e0 domicile a encore image tr\u00e8s associative et chez Coviva nous v\u00e9hiculons une image professionnelle, notamment gr\u00e2ce au recrutement du personnel, qui est un personnel dipl\u00f4m\u00e9 et qui a de l’exp\u00e9rience.
L’originalit\u00e9 de notre concept pour un franchis\u00e9 est que le m\u00e9tier de franchis\u00e9 Coviva n’est pas celui d’un gestionnaire, mais plut\u00f4t d’un commercial et d’un manager.<\/p>\n

ACF : Justement quelles sont les qualit\u00e9s requises pour devenir franchis\u00e9 Coviva ? <\/em><\/strong>
FX C :<\/em> Nos franchis\u00e9s ont vocation \u00e0 devenir les leaders de leur secteur tant en CA qu’en nombre de client. Cela implique que nous recherchons des personnes qui ont une \u00e2me de chef d’entreprise, et qui soient \u00e0 la fois de bons commerciaux et de bons managers (il faut g\u00e9rer 20 \u00e0 40 salari\u00e9s) tout en ayant une fibre sociale et une implication dans le tissu local. Mais l’atout n\u00b01 est vraiment d’\u00eatre un bon commercial car nous d\u00e9chargeons au maximum nos franchis\u00e9s des t\u00e2ches administratives pour qu’ils puissent d\u00e9velopper au mieux leur activit\u00e9.
Nos r\u00e9gions prioritaires sont : l’\u00eele de France, la r\u00e9gion Rh\u00f4ne alpes, PACA et la r\u00e9gion bordelaise.<\/p>\n

ACF : Quels sont les avantages sp\u00e9cifiques de votre r\u00e9seau pour un franchis\u00e9 ?
<\/strong>FX C : <\/em>Tout d’abord nous g\u00e9rons le back office administratif : \u00e9dition des factures, fiches de payes, \u00e9critures comptables, d\u00e9clarations URSSAF, gestion des impay\u00e9s tout est mis en uvre pour soulager le franchis\u00e9. Ensuite, chaque franchis\u00e9 b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie d’une formation de 3 semaines, avec comme axe principal l’aspect commercial du m\u00e9tier. Par ailleurs, le r\u00e9seau s’implique beaucoup au niveau de la communication (sur internet notamment) et nous travaillons avec une agence de communication pour la cr\u00e9ation de nos outils publicitaires. Enfin, notre centrale d’achat permet de regrouper les achats de nos franchis\u00e9s aupr\u00e8s des traiteurs sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s et des divers fournisseurs ce qui permet d’obtenir des prix plus bas.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
