<\/font><\/strong>tire un bilan positif de l’ann\u00e9e 2008 : l’ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re l’enseigne a fait r\u00e9aliser un audit de son concept par AC Franchise \u00e0 qui le d\u00e9veloppement du r\u00e9seau a \u00e9t\u00e9 confi\u00e9 par la m\u00eame occasion.<\/p>\nEn 2008, trois contrats de franchise ont \u00e9t\u00e9 sign\u00e9s<\/strong>. La premi\u00e8re ouverture a eu lieu \u00e0 Villefranche sur S\u00e2one (69) en novembre 2008, suivie de Pontoise (95) en janvier 2009 et de Lyon (6\u00e8me arrondissement, 69) en f\u00e9vrier 2009. Le r\u00e9seau Ink’Eko <\/strong>compte d\u00e9sormais quatre franchis\u00e9s en France, depuis son lancement en franchise<\/strong> d\u00e9but 2008. Un d\u00e9veloppement mesur\u00e9, qui a permis \u00e0 l’enseigne d’affiner son concept et de mettre en place une formation et un suivi qualitatifs <\/strong>pour ses franchis\u00e9s.<\/p>\nD\u00e9sormais, les franchis\u00e9s Ink’Eko<\/strong> b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient d’une formation initiale de cinq jours, d’une assistance \u00e0 l’ouverture de cinq jours, d’un accompagnement commercial et terrain de trois jours (un mois apr\u00e8s l’ouverture) et d’un suivi commercial et terrain de huit jours \u00e0 travers lequel le formateur accompagne le franchis\u00e9 sur le terrain pendant deux jours tous les trois mois lors de la premi\u00e8re ann\u00e9e d’activit\u00e9. <\/p>\nL’accent est donc mis sur l’assistance aux franchis\u00e9s : \u00ab\u00a0Nous ne laissons pas tomber nos franchis\u00e9s apr\u00e9s l’ouverture, notre but \u00e0 travers ce suivi rigoureux est de les aider \u00e0 g\u00e9n\u00e9rer du chiffre d’affaires rapidement\u00a0<\/em>\u00bb explique, Jean-Baptiste Cl\u00e9ment, franchiseur de l’enseigne Ink’Eko.<\/p>\nPour 2009, les objectifs sont clairs : l’enseigne de\u00a0commercialisation de cartouches recycl\u00e9es\u00a0pour imprimantes <\/strong>souhaite proc\u00e9der \u00e0 six nouvelles ouvertures ; deux contrats de reservation de zone ont d’ores et d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 sign\u00e9s.
