L&rsquo;objectif de cette loi est de permettre au futur franchis\u00e9, gr\u00e2ce aux informations fournies dans le <strong>DIP &#8211; Document d&rsquo;Information Pr\u00e9contractuelle &#8211; d\u2019appr\u00e9hender son projet et d&rsquo;\u00e9viter de se lancer dans un projet qui ne lui correspond pas.<\/strong><\/div>\n<div class=\"\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"\">Ce document &#8211; que le franchiseur doit communiquer \u00e0 son futur franchis\u00e9 20 jours au minimum avant la signature du contrat de franchise ou avant la remise d&rsquo;une somme d&rsquo;argent &#8211; doit comprendre certains points : L&rsquo;historique et l\u2019\u00e9tat actuel du r\u00e9seau, le CV de ses dirigeants, la liste des franchis\u00e9s avec leurs coordonn\u00e9es compl\u00e8tes, les sorties du r\u00e9seau, les obligations financi\u00e8res et juridiques, un \u00e9tat du march\u00e9 national et local, les bilans des deux derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es du franchiseur&#8230;<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"widget title_text\">\n<h2>Les conditions requises pour l&rsquo;application de la loi Doubin<\/h2>\n<div class=\"\"><b>Deux conditions sont requises pour l&rsquo;application de la loi Doubin<\/b> : Il faut qu&rsquo;il y ait une exclusivit\u00e9 ou quasi exclusivit\u00e9 et qu\u2019il y ait mise \u00e0 disposition d\u2019une marque.
