Le d\u00e9lai de pr\u00e9venance et les conditions de rupture de contrat en p\u00e9riode d\u2019essai<\/h2>\n Pendant la p\u00e9riode d’essai, le contrat de travail peut \u00eatre rompu librement par l’employeur ou le salari\u00e9<\/b>.
