Une progression de 6,3 % pour le commerce de proximit\u00e9 selon la r\u00e9cente du cabinet Nielsen, voil\u00e0 qui m\u00e9rite un d\u00e9tour.\u00a0<\/b>M\u00eame si les hypermarch\u00e9s restent encore l\u2019endroit privil\u00e9gi\u00e9 o\u00f9 les Fran\u00e7ais font leurs courses (de grande consommation), le commerce alimentaire de proximit\u00e9 montre qu\u2019il a sa place compte tenu de l\u2019\u00e9volution des modes de consommation et des diff\u00e9rents canaux d\u2019achat \u00e0 disposition.<\/p>\n

Une tendance inverse pour les commerces sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s de centre-ville qui continuent \u00e0 souffrir et n\u2019ont toujours pas trouv\u00e9 un second souffle. <\/b>Malgr\u00e9 les efforts des \u00e9lus locaux et des managers de centre-ville, nombre de villes moyennes souffrent d\u2019une d\u00e9sertification de l\u2019offre commerciale. L’institut Procos rapporte que la vacance commerciale – la proportion des surfaces commerciales vides – augmente en centre-ville\u00a0(8,5% en 2014 contre 7,2 en 2012). Avec des pointes \u00e0 10% dans une cinquantaine de centres-villes. Seules les m\u00e9tropoles et les villes touristiques tirent leur \u00e9pingle du jeu.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Le commerce alimentaire de proximit\u00e9 suit l\u2019\u00e9volution de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9<\/h2>\n

Avec le vieillissement de la population, les foyers mono parentaux, la perte d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat de faire des kms en voiture pour faire ses courses, l\u2019\u00e9picerie\u00a0 nouvelle g\u00e9n\u00e9ration reprend des couleurs.
\nDe plus, la possibilit\u00e9 de faire ses courses en lignes et de les r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer pr\u00e8s de chez soi est de plus en plus pl\u00e9biscit\u00e9. Cela peut expliquer le regain de cette forme de commerce d\u2019autant que les grands groupes ont permis de baisser les prix qui deviennent comp\u00e9titifs dans ces magasins.

\n<\/b>Les enseignes sont pr\u00e9sentes sur le territoire fran\u00e7ais avec pr\u00e8s de 10 000 sup\u00e9rettes et magasins de proximit\u00e9<\/b>. Avec une progression\u00a0 de 4% en un an, aussi bien en zones rurales que dans les grandes agglom\u00e9rations de la m\u00e9tropole. Parmi eux, les enseignes
Carrefour Express<\/a><\/b>\u00a0<\/b>(+70 magasins), Casino Shop (+167 magasins) ou encore Leader Price Express (+311 magasins). <\/b> \u00ab\u00a0Sur cette tendance favorable, le r\u00e9seau de proximit\u00e9 pourrait atteindre la barre des 9 %% de part de march\u00e9, dans l\u2019alimentaire, en 2016\u00a0<\/i>\u00bb souligne Vincent Cornu, directeur distribution chez Nielsen France dans les Echos.A noter que la plupart des grands r\u00e9seaux de sup\u00e9rettes se sont d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s en utilisant les syst\u00e8mes d\u2019adh\u00e9sion, d\u2019affiliation ou de franchise<\/b>. Selon une \u00e9tude du Credoc intitul\u00e9e Quel commerce pour demain<\/b> \u00ab\u00a0les acteurs du commerce sont en train de tourner la page de la distribution de masse discount. Le commerce qu\u2019ils imaginent pour 2020 est r\u00e9solument \u00ab orient\u00e9 client \u00bb et recherche sa comp\u00e9titivit\u00e9 avant tout au travers de sa capacit\u00e9 d\u2019\u00e9coute et de satisfaction des attentes des clients, dans toute leur diversit\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb<\/i>. 3 sc\u00e9narios ont \u00e9t\u00e9 propos\u00e9s\u00a0\u00e0 un panel de professionnels du secteur :
